At WooMedia Matrix, we respect the absolute privacy of your inventory data, media assets, and sales catalog metadata. Our digital architectural schema enforces a strict “Local-First” data-minimization approach.

1. ABSOLUTE LOCAL MINIMIZATION OF DATA

• NO uploaded product images or thumbnails are transmitted to our servers.
• NO database catalogs, post descriptions, titles, SKUs, or price margins are compiled, parsed, cataloged, or held in server-side storage of the Authors.
• All transactional writes operate natively on your secure SQL databases.

2. COLLECTED STRATEGIC LICENSE METRICS

To prevent software piracy and authenticate update requests, our central validation server (hosted securely under B2B protocols) monitors the following telemetry metrics:

• License Key string
• Active Domain URL / origin address running the Software
• The email address associated with the original transaction on Envato/WooMediaMatrix.com
• Timestamp of activation requests
• Current Version code of the local backend

These metrics are utilized strictly to ensure single or multi-site license tier compliance and are never distributed, sold, shared, or compiled for marketing indices.

3. GDPR & CCPA ALIGNMENT

Because we do not store customer shop data, inventory statistics, or consumer identifiers, your store remains fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and state privacy regulations out-of-the-box. Any requests to purge billing data or update email references associated with License Keys can be requested immediately by contacting support@3umphstudios.com.
