Fair access and responsible use

Premium support is provided to active WooMedia Matrix customers within the scope of their purchased license. Support is intended to help with installation, activation, setup guidance, bug reporting, and documented product behavior.


We may limit, suspend, or refuse support where requests involve abusive conduct, repeated bad-faith claims, credential misuse, unauthorized redistribution, or demands outside the advertised scope of the product. This includes harassment, threats, spam, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain custom development under standard support.

Support is a premium service designed to help legitimate customers succeed, not a channel for abuse, piracy, or unlimited custom work.

By using WooMedia Matrix, you agree to cooperate in good faith, provide accurate technical details when reporting issues, and allow a reasonable troubleshooting window when a defect investigation is required. We reserve the right to protect our systems, staff, and infrastructure from misuse.
