Conditioned Smart Refunds

At WooMedia Matrix, we back the engineering of our advanced bulk product generator. However, because our software consists of digitally delivered intangible goods that are immediately accessible, downloadable, and cannot be returned, we operate under a conditioned refund model designed to reduce abuse and protect against download-and-refund piracy patterns.


1. The Comprehensive Firewall. Before purchasing, you are encouraged to review the public functional specifications, video walkthroughs, and platform requirements. Refunds will not be granted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, deciding not to use the software, incompatibility with unmaintained or illegal third-party themes or plugins, host environments that fail standard WordPress PHP or MySQL requirements, or attempts to use features or workflows that were never advertised in the software documentation or marketing materials.

2. The Conditioned 14-Day Recovery Guarantee. We offer a 14-day conditional guarantee beginning on the initial date of transaction clearance. To qualify for refund consideration, the software must be fundamentally defective and fail to perform its advertised core tasks inside a standard, updated, non-conflicting WooCommerce environment. Before requesting a refund, the buyer must open a detailed support ticket at support@3umphstudios.com. The buyer must also provide relevant error logs, system status details, or staging access and allow our engineering team three to five business days to inspect, diagnose, and attempt a patch or compatibility fix.

Refund eligibility depends on verified core failure, a documented support request, and a reasonable opportunity for our team to diagnose and fix the issue.

3. Non-Qualifying Dismantle Policy. If a buyer fails or refuses to cooperate with the engineering support process, declines to provide diagnostic access, or refuses to test recommended patches, the refund qualification criteria are invalidated and no refund will be issued. Approved refunds are subject to a five percent bank processing fee. Once a refund is issued, the associated License Key may be blacklisted on our update infrastructure and related automation functionality may be deactivated.
